The piston uses 2 thin 1.5mm chrome rings.
It is an alloy barrel with a steel lining for all 125-175cc engine casings.
The alloy dissipates the heat better than a steel cylinder, but with the steel lining, an oversize piston can be used.
The cylinder layout is the same as TV175 with the big transfer ports.
Without tuning the kit will produce about the same power as the standard 200cc engines but with more reliablitiy.
The cast is quite rough. This can stay as it is, but with some polishing of the transfers some more hp can be achieved.
The kits should be rebored to 10/100mm piston to bore clearance. We experienced that the original Innocenti clearance of 4/100mm is much to small, so seizures easily can occur.
